Paper/Email Repeat Prescription

  1. Drop-in or Email – Manual Process

We understand that some patients may prefer traditional methods. You can still order your prescription by dropping in a repeat prescription form in our secure letterbox outside. Alternatively, send us an email at bswicb.downton.surgery@nhs.net. Please note that this manual process takes longer, and prescriptions may take at least 5 working days to arrange.

Non-urgent advice: NHS App

Remember, the NHS app is always the quickest option, and it puts you in control of your healthcare.

Dispensary
